1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UniAtlas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UniAtlas is a university application coordination platform for IB students and their families. It provides deadline tracking, program research, application management, and parent visibility features. The Service does not replace UCAS, Common App, or any official application portal.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access another user’s account, uploading malicious code, scraping data, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of UniAtlas — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by VSERVIZ PTE. LTD. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
UniAtlas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
